Yes, complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off is included for most tours from hotels in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. If your hotel is in a different area, a small surcharge may apply. Please confirm at booking.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred date. For popular tours during peak season (Oct–April) and for helicopter tours, we recommend booking 2–3 days ahead.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. For same-day cancellations, we charge 50% of the tour cost. No-shows are charged in full. Rescheduling is always free subject to availability.
We accept cash (AED), Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer and online payment. A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Yes, most of our tours are family-friendly. For adventure tours (zipline, helicopter, indoor skydiving), there are minimum age and weight requirements. Please mention ages of children at booking.
